In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jljl20," "we," "us," "our" refers to jljl20 and its associated operating entities, accessible at jljl20.cam.
• "Platform" means the jljl20 website, mobile web application, and all associated services, game content, and tools made available through jljl20.cam.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real-Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their account wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by jljl20 under promotional terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures as required by applicable regulations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing the jljl20 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotional activity, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from registering an Account.

Use of the jljl20 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable PAGCOR regulatory guidelines governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, organizations, and bots are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be listed on any PAGCOR self-exclusion registry or any exclusion list maintained by jljl20.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

To access real-money games and services on the jljl20 Platform, a Player must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform at any time.

During registration, Players are required to provide a valid mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. Players may also be required to provide their full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine billing address. All information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. jljl20 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, SMS, or email. Any activity carried out through your account using your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jljl20 support immediately at [email protected].

The operation of multiple accounts by a single Player, whether under different names, contact details, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jljl20 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all related bonuses and winnings, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

jljl20 is required to verify the identity of Players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. Identity verification, commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer), may be requested at any point during a Player's account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• Prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal;
• When cumulative withdrawals exceed defined thresholds;
• When account activity triggers risk or compliance review;
• Upon registration of a new account.

Accepted identity documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS or GSIS card, and voter's ID. jljl20 reserves the right to require additional supporting documentation where necessary.

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed satisfactorily. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by jljl20 may result in account suspension pending resolution.

jljl20 accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment channels may be made available from time to time and will be published on the Platform.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to individual payment channel limits and any account-level limits set by the Player under responsible gaming tools.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Real-Money Balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.
• jljl20 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which jljl20 accepts no liability.
• Funds deposited must be owned by the Player. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jljl20 reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership as part of KYC procedures.

jljl20 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral bonuses, and seasonal tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, unless specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer state otherwise.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30× the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. JILI slots and most video slots contribute 100%. Live casino table games and certain other games contribute at reduced rates or may be excluded. Full contribution rate schedules are published in the Promotions section of the Platform.

Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not completed within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the account. The standard validity period is 30 days from the date of bonus credit unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

jljl20 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus clearance, exploiting promotional loopholes, coordinated multi-account abuse, and systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real-Money Balance subject to the following conditions and procedures.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are processed within five minutes for verified accounts under normal operational conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one to two business days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's name and previously used for deposits, consistent with applicable AML requirements.
• jljl20 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in aggregate within any 30-day period.
• jljl20 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Players are responsible for any charges imposed by their payment provider.

All games available on the jljl20 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are documented per game title and available for review.

Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment operated by trained croupiers and are streamed in real time. Game results are determined by the physical game process and are final once confirmed by the dealer or game engine.

In the event of a disputed game result, the recorded game logs maintained by jljl20 and its game providers constitute the definitive record of the outcome. Player complaints regarding game results must be submitted to jljl20 support within 30 days of the relevant game session.

jljl20 reserves the right to void game results and withhold associated payouts where technical malfunctions, software errors, or manifest errors in odds or payouts are identified. Players will be notified of voided results and affected stakes will be refunded to the Player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljl20 Platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, AI decision systems, or any script to interact with games;
• Colluding with other Players in any game mode, including live dealer tables and poker;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through the Platform;
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after funds have been used for gameplay;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without promptly reporting them to jljl20;
• Engaging in bonus abuse as described in Section 7.4;
• Accessing the Platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal;
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by minors under the age of 21.

jljl20 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its reasonable discretion, without prior notice, where:

• A violation of these Terms and Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected;
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within the specified timeframe;
• Account activity triggers AML, fraud, or regulatory compliance concerns;
• A Player requests self-exclusion under responsible gaming procedures;
• The Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3.

Players may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting jljl20 support. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed normally, subject to applicable verification requirements.

All content on the jljl20 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of jljl20 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, public display, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jljl20.

jljl20 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the provisions set out in the jljl20 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and optional promotional communications. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time through your account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jljl20 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or interruption of service.

jljl20 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. jljl20 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned downtime.

jljl20 is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank. Players are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective payment providers in relation to transaction processing.

jljl20 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on total deposits.
• Loss Limits: Limits on total losses within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session termination after a specified duration.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic notifications of time spent in-session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for defined periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes the Player's acceptance of those revisions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jljl20 operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR for online gaming services accessible to Philippine residents. Players who use the Platform do so in acknowledgment of and compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
